Shipments are normally made within 48 - 72hours after receipt of order and payment verification. Please allow additional time during holidays and seasonality.
Make sure to use the correct shipping address and billing information to avoid delays. The customer is responsible for all items and costs associated with orders placed using the incorrect information.
Customer pays all freight costs unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance. Shipments are normally made by USPS standard delivery. Next day and 2nd day air shipments are available at an additional cost. Some of these charges are already built into our website software. Shipping charges are figured at the time of purchase based on destination rates and added to the total purchase price. All Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order is canceled before it leaves our facility.
Note customer is charged the actual freight amount FOB Shipping Point.
No additional handling fees are added to domestic shipments for standard shipping delivery terms.
If necessary, shipments via UPS or FedEx will require special handling at a small additional fee.

Quotes are required on shipments exported from US. These shipments will include special packaging, shipping, documentation (country specific) and additional handling fees. Please contact us for quote. All export shipments are subject to prepayment in U.S. Funds.
