TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Upon receiving your order we may carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will not be debited until date of shipment unless there has been a payment history of prior collection problems requiring funds be debited at the time of order received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched your credit card will be charged reducing available balance. That day you will receive notice in form of a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Shopify, Amazon and money orders. Payment must be received in full prior to order being shipped. No personal checks are accepted. We reserve the right to preauthorize credit or debit cards. Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC is not responsible for overdraft fees resulting from the ore-authorization of your card.
c) Overdraft of account
Any bank service fees or charges of any manner by a financial institution whether debit card, credit card, money order or checking account are not refunded.
State Sales Taxes
When applicable Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC is required to collect sales tax by law based on state and local tax laws. These laws continue to change due to new regulations at any time. Sales Taxes will apply for all customer orders within Oklahoma unless the below exemption exists.
Sales Tax Exemptions
Exemptions for sales tax are allowed if you have either a signed Certificate of Resale or an Exemption Certificate. The forms vary from state to state. In all cases we are required to have these certificates on file before any tax exemption can be allowed.
We will cancel any order at the customer’s request with no questions asked if order has not already shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy. The fastest method to notify us regarding a cancellation is by phone at 918-416-0834 or email to email@example.com Due to business activity using email may delay response time and order may have already shipped. Once the order has shipped the customer will be responsible for all shipping and restocking charges.
If you desire to purchase a large order of 25 units or greater you may want to contact Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC for special pricing. Depending on order size allow extra processing time for shipment.
It is your responsibility to check every order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days to take appropriate action. We will work with you to minimize any hardship this may have caused.
All merchandise is shipped FOB Shipping Point meaning the product ownership becomes yours once it passes to the freight carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when delivered. If the carrier fails to deliver product in good condition we will process a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
