Warranty and Liability

BEEKEEPING PRODUCTS ONLY

All beekeeping products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of shipment to original purchaser. This high quality product was built to withstand all normal conditions for good beekeeping.

Little Mule Bee Supply will repair or replace any component deemed to be defective at Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC discretion.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Little Mule Bee Supply does not authorize any person, agent, or distributor to extend additional liability in any manner or condition of this sale.

The warranty does not apply to any product or component which has been subjected to accident, negligence, alteration, or misuse. No warranty exists for accessories, parts or materials not supplied by Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC. Furthermore, warranty does not extend to cover damage or injury to other items such as beekeeping equipment or bee hives including bees.

The term original purchaser, as used in this warranty, shall be deemed to mean that person or entity that purchased our products for end use and not resale. No variations in warranty exists other than those stated within and not extended either verbally, written or implied which may be different from purchases through dealer or secondary sources.

This warranty is voided with any alteration or modification of the product not performed by the original manufacturer (Little Mule Be Supply, LLC). This warranty is extended when product is used only as its original intention.
